All the invited participants will be provided local hospitality for four days (October 4-7). The delegates should be prepared to pay for all the other expenses in the hotel like mini bar, telephone, laundry etc and outside like the city tour, other social events etc.

The organizing committee is hopeful of providing some travel support to select participants from within India. Those who are in need may contact the organizing committee once their abstracts are accepted.
